How it works
In three steps you know what your Spanish letter means.
01Upload a photo or PDF
Take a photo of your letter with your phone, or upload a PDF. Make sure the text is sharp and straight in the shot.
02We read it
We identify what kind of letter it is and who sent it, and extract the amount, the date, the reference number and the deadline.
03You read what it says
In plain language: what kind of letter it is, from whom, the amount, the deadline, what you can do, and whether you can handle it yourself or should get help.

What we do not do
We never pretend a member of staff has personally reviewed your letter. For complex legal or tax matters we say so, and recommend a gestor, tax adviser or lawyer.
